- Debit and Credit Card payments
- Tap payments in person including digital wallets
- Invoices sent through Square Payment systems will provide a secure link for payment
- Cheque payments, Accounts & Service Contracts for commercial clients are available. Terms can be negotiated.
We work with Square Payment systems for secure online and tap payment options. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Interac, plus Apple Pay and other digital wallets.
How we handle your Personal Information
Your privacy & security are important to us.
- We do not save ANY payment information.
- Information provided on contact forms is only kept on email servers for our reference.
- Customer records, if required, are not kept on the website
- You should not receive any unwanted emails from us. We may start a newsletter, which you will have to sign up for and can unsubscribe from at any time.
Brands we Service
We service all brands of fitness equipment, from Commercial grade to Residential purpose machines. Please be aware that depending on the age of the equipment, some parts may no longer be available.
Appointment duration
appointments generally last 1-2 hours. Diagnostics can take longer than general maintenance, as we stay until we identify the problem. Strength Cable replacements can take a little longer, depending on the machine and accessibility.
What if parts are required?
Often times, parts will need to be ordered in to repair your equipment. With 1000's of different machines out there, it is unfeasible to stock all parts. We will source the part, and provide a quote so you know the exact cost to repair your machine before proceeding. Parts can take time to arrive depending on the brand, especially if coming from the US. We will try to get lead times from manufacturers where possible.
Are weekend appointments available?
Yes! We do have Saturday appointments available. However, these are popular and fill up fast. We only need access to the equipment, so if anyone is available at all to let us in during the week this would allow us to attend an appointment much sooner.
